Happy New Year!  Ready to start loosing weight?  I know I am!  I got motivated by watching Biggest Looser last night.  Let’s kick some fat cells!

Food Eaten – Breakfast – Slim Fast Shake, Half Cup Honey Bunches of Oats.  Lunch – 1/2 Turkey Sandwich  Snack – Cheese and Crackers  Dinner – (OOPS) Ate Whole Pizza

Wednesday - No exercise

# of 8 oz of Water – 8

Food Eaten -

Breakfast – V8 Protein Smoothie, 1/2 Cup Special K

Lunch – Chinese Stir-Fry and Rice (about a cup)

Snack – Yougurt and Pine Nuts

Dinner – Pasta and Sausage (Small Serving) and one piece of bread

THURSDAY – Triceps and Abs (No cardio due to cold)

Food Eaten -

Breakfast – One cup of oatmeal and a slim fast shake

Lunch – Half Turkey Sandwich on Multigran Bread (1 piece), Flax Seed Tortilla Chips.  Had one Turtle for Desert (UGH – I have no willpower)

Snack – Morning – Yogurt with pine nuts  Afternoon – 12 Ritz Bits Crackers

Dinner – Chinese Stirfry with Vegtables and one cookie (someone bought them for me)
