Can I just say that I am not happy with my weight?? I know I know I shouldn’t really think to much about it but I would like to be loosing weight at this point with working out and eating better.  Otherwise I could be about three pounds heavier and eat everything I want.  Those chocolate covered pretzels from Trader Joes are calling my name.  And.. I have two bags in the house.  Okay no complaints.. I will work harder.  Hmm.. If you make potions can you make a weight loss one? don’t eat them now, there will be nine months where you can eat them without guilt, a little while longer.  And yes, I will make weight loss potions for you, to take AFTER the baby is born

1st full week of New Year! January 7, 2008

Well it is the first full week of January and I am not ready to be back to the office. One thing I am ready for is to loose some weight. I look at myself in the mirror and although my pants still fit (maybe tight) I notice other areas that I am not happy with. For example, when I wave at people my arm fat seems to wave along too. Also, the bag fat (around the bra area that bulges under your shirt?) not nice. So I am 100% committed to loosing weight every week and glad that you are along for the ride in the weight loss. My only challenge is my unforeseeable future (if you know what I mean). I have added in water intake as well as meals ate so we have a true diary of what is going on. Love ya!

Dessert – BAD BAD BAD had two sugar cookies right before bed. (stupid me)

Lunch – Half Turkey Sandwich on Multigran Bread (1 piece), Flax Seed Tortilla Chips.  Had one Turtle for Desert (UGH – I have no willpower)

Dinner – Chinese Stirfry with Vegtables and one cookie (someone bought them for me)
